  Let's reread paragraph 5 and see what is cleverly written and what is really forced on the parents:

  5 We need to remember that Jehovah has given each of us the gift of free will. This means that we can choose whether we will obey him or not. Some young ones whose upbringing was far from ideal choose to serve Jehovah, and they make a success of their service. Others whose parents did their very best to bring them up in harmony with Scriptural principles turn their back on the truth once they get older. In the final analysis, we must personally decide whether we will serve Jehovah. (Josh. 24:15) So, grieving parents, fight the tendency to think that this tragedy must be your fault!

  Jehovah's Witness parents have a baby. Their young children are made to go to meetings, assemblies, conventions and field service. They are indoctrinated to the point of being ''baptized.'' Now, the child has entered into a ''contract'' with the Watchtower Society. The contract with the Society is now binding until death.

  The Watchtower Society now takes over the parents job when it comes to discipline. The Society can ''mark,'' ''reprove'' and ''disfellowship'' a young child that is not exemplary.. Now, this young child faces shunning the rest of their lives if they never return to the meetings.

  Where is this so-called gift of ''free will?''

  When a Loved One Leaves Jehovah

  
  

  2 Think how heartbroken Jehovah must have been when members of his own angelic family turned their back on him! (Jude 6) And imagine how hurt he was at seeing his beloved people, the Israelites, rebel against him time and again. (Read Psalm 78:40, 41.) Be assured that our loving heavenly Father is also hurt when someone you love leaves him. He understands the grief you are experiencing. He will compassionately provide you with the encouragement and the support you need.

  Supposedly, Jehovah gave everyone a gift of free will. We all are given a choice to obey and serve Jehovah. Angels, the Israelites and billions of humans have decided to not serve or obey Jehovah.

  How does God become ''heartbroken'' when... ''In the final analysis, we must personally decide whether we will serve Jehovah.''

  Why isn't God more heartbroken when babies die at birth, people die of starvation and cancer? If you have free will, why should you be punished if you choose not to serve Jehovah? THAT IS NOT FREE WILL!

  The House-to-House Challenge
  

  
  Challenge though it is, the house-to-house activity is not above the capabilities of even the most humble Christian. Thus, once a Mexican Witness from the rurals, dressed in very simple country garb, knocked at the door of a palatial mansion. A man in a silken bathrobe responded and asked what he wanted. The Witness said: “If a mule should come to your door with two bags of gold, would you accept it?” Annoyed, the householder replied: “I do not understand what you are telling me. I am a famous engineer.” The Witness then asked him: “What do you understand about prophecies?” The man admitted he did not know anything about them. Then the Witness said: “That is what I want to speak to you about. . . . I am that mule that came to your door, and the two bags of gold are these magazines, The Watchtower and Awake!” The man was impressed by the presentation of this humble Witness and took the two magazines. All of this calls to mind the incident recorded at Acts 4:8-13.

  Another implausible field service story told by Ralph Walls at the 2021 Convention. Get ready for this unrealistic, stupid, dull and boring, made up fiction that is presented at this Assembly.

  Some years ago ( tells a story but doesn't know exact date ), a brother ( doesn't give his name ) in Mexico ( doesn't name the town) from the rurals, dressed in a very simple garb ( to show he was not showy ) knocked at the door of a palatial mansion. ( a very rich ''worldly'' person must live here )

  A man in a silken robe ( yes! he must be rich and showy ) responded and asked what he wanted. The Witness said, ''If a mule should come to your door with two bags of gold, would you accept it?'' Annoyed, the householder replied, '' I do not understand what you're telling me. I am a famous engineer.'' ( no one would would ever say that to a stranger)

  The Witness then asked him, ''What do you understand about prophecies?'' The man admitted he did not know anything about them. ( he is ''materially'' rich, but ''spiritually'' poor ) The Witness said , ''This is what I want to talk speak to you about.''

  '' I am that mule that came to your door. And, the two bags of gold are these magazines...the Watchtower and the Awake.'' ( fake gold that even Jehovah's Witnesses discard )

  The man was impressed by the presentation of this humble Witness and took the two magazines. ( I'll bet he didn't take the magazines, even if this implausible story was true!)

  there is a proverb that speaks of four things as never being satisfied, as never saying, “enough.” sometimes jehovah’s witnesses, as they listen to congregation servants discuss field service, may think these servants could have been listed as a fifth class that never says, “enough.” it may seem that they are never satisfied, as they urge better meeting attendance, more home bible studies and increased door-to-door activity.

  to have servants who say “it is enough” before the work is finished would be disastrous to the congregation.

  Here is Governing Body member Samuel Hurd urging members for more ''theocratic activity''. Your best may not be good enough. Can ''mundane activities'' be replaced?

  He doesn't spell out what the mundane activities are, but I can guess! Going to a movie, going to a museum, attending a baseball game or shopping at the mall.

  Keeping the sheeple busy is a great way of enforcing cult control!

  THERE is a proverb that speaks of four things as never being satisfied, as never saying, “Enough.” Sometimes Jehovah’s witnesses, as they listen to congregation servants discuss field service, may think these servants could have been listed as a fifth class that never says, “Enough.” It may seem that they are never satisfied, as they urge better meeting attendance, more home Bible studies and increased door-to-door activity. But this is as it should be. To have servants who say “It is enough” before the work is finished would be disastrous to the congregation. Servants should encourage us to greater activity and urge us to improve our ministry, should keep us from becoming self-satisfied and overconfident. Remember, “let him that thinks he has a firm position beware that he does not fall.”—1 Cor. 10:12, NW; Prov. 30:15, 16.

  
  

  Here is a meeting where every Jehovah's Witness member is made to believe that the Watchtower Organization equal Jehovah. So when every Jehovah’s Witnesses spend their time, energy, donate money, go out in field service, attend assemblies, volunteer for Bethel and donate their time on Watchtower Society construction projects, they are convinced that they are doing this for Jehovah God.

  Because the organization leadership knows that this is the case, they relentlessly ask more of the rank and file in the name of Jehovah. They are bombarded with the feeling that they are never doing enough for Jehovah.

  Are you unemployed? Do your teens have summer vacation from school? Well, you should spend some time in field service. Why not volunteer for free labor construction projects that benefit Jehovah the Watchtower Society!

  lloyd has a reminder set for a "leaked" video that he will be reviewing tomorrow, but it lacks details in the description.

  does anyone know what video he is referring to, or is this an upcoming loyd evans exclusive?.

  i find leaks exciting, especially if it's something that was never meant to be public and puts some serious egg on the faces of the blundering body..

  Here is an illustration I found on the internet on Noah's Flood. Jehovah destroys all life on earth: animals, adult humans and small children. Their sins are petty comparing to Satan the Devil. According to this study article, Satan has been around thousands of years and has successfully lured angels in heaven, Adam and Eve and every person ever born on this earth.

  Jehovah has his chances to destroy Satan at any time to stop his snares on all humans. For some reason chooses not to...Satan will even tempt survivors in the ''new system'' for 1000 years.
  

  I always found this hard to believe that an all powerful God would let Satan survive so long and choses to destroy humans instead... who only live into their 80's. I believe that Satan is a total fabrication. Satan cannot have this much power and control without God destroying him and his wicked angels!

  missing meetings is frowned upon.. i once went to a 2 day assembly with 2 wisdom teeth pulled the day before.

  No matter if you are tired, sick, worked late, trudging through heavy snow, or any other reason, you were never to miss the meetings. Missing meetings is frowned upon.
  

  I once went to a 2 day assembly with 2 wisdom teeth pulled the day before. My gums were still bleeding. I should have been home! But, being stupid at that time of my Witness life, I managed to sit in the back row at the assembly with gauze inside my mouth. Several times I walked to the bathroom to rinse my mouth.

  There was an Elder who buried his mother-in-law in the morning and made his wife attend the Book Study with him that same evening. I felt so bad for his wife who should of stayed home that night.

  There was a brother who was in a bad car accident the week before our Assembly. With his daughter in the hospital, he managed to give his talk at the Assembly and left after his part to go back to the hospital. Why didn't he just cancel his part?
